What range of products do your make-up artists use?
Our make-up artists use only top-of-the-range products such as Chanel , Chantecaille or Bobbi Brown to guarantee the best possible make-up quality. The brands we have selected are known for their superior quality, high-quality ingredients and long-lasting results. If you have any specific preferences or allergies, please inform our make-up team at the time of booking so that we can accommodate your needs and ensure a satisfactory make-up experience.
How long does a make-up session last?
A make-up session generally lasts about an hour, whether it's for natural or evening make-up, whatever your skin type, and so on. However, more complex services, such as "Lebanese" make-up, can take up to 1h30. It's important to inform your make-up artist of your specific needs, such as eyelash extensions, themed make-up, etc.
Is there a travel fee for a home make-up service?
Yes, our VIP service is much appreciated by our customers for its comfort and speed. Travel time is not included in the price of the service and will be calculated according to the distance between our salon and the place of service.

Do you have any recommendations for preparing my skin before a make-up session?
To save time, we recommend that you come to your make-up session (or make-up class) with clean, make-up-free skin. If you haven't had a chance to do so, we invite you to come to the session 15 minutes before your appointment, and our team of make-up artists will be happy to help you prepare your skin.
Can I request special make-up for a particular event?
Yes, if the make-up you require is complex (Halloween, themed evening or other), please contact us on +41 (0)22 320 00 55 at least a few days before your appointment so that we can prepare all the necessary materials and provide you with a quote.
