In 2019, Bartosz discovers a place and a community that nurtures his passions.
He begins his professional career under the aegis of Miłosz Mikołajczak, an iconic figure in the Polish hairdressing world.
He soon went on to train with such leading names in men’s hairstyling as Josh Lamonaca (a world-renowned trainer) , Gleb Morozov (one of Russia’s top trainers in modern hairdressing), Josh Lamonaca, Charlie Gray, Glenn Mcgoldrick and Hugo Leblanc.
In June 2023, Bartosz lights up the stage at Poland’s most popular educational event in men’s hairdressing, Barber Night.

His ongoing quest for excellence and innovation leads him to constantly perfect his art.
